Q: We have purchased your DLL component to design and develop our own software application that reads and parses information stored on driver's licenses. How often do you have updates and why do we need it?

A: Annual software maintenance agreement insures that you software has all the recent updates and changes that take place in all 50 states and Canada. We release the software updates few times a year upon availability of those changes and downloads are always free for current customers. Moreover, our software engineers are always available to assist with the updates at no additional charge to you. We encourage you to stay current on your annual agreement to enjoy full benefits of our products.
